Some overlook a Mediterranean garden, with small terraces providing direct access to the pool (open from June to September). Others offer splendid views of the village, and in some you can make out the sea and its islands in the distance.

Among our little treasures is a rare exclusive: a swimming pool (open from June to September) in the middle of a medieval village !
Our restaurant, a Bormé institution, is also open year-round. Our loyal chef Fanny has been with us for 15 years, passionately combining modern Provencal cuisine with Asian fusion, using “nugget” products from our local producers, such as Bormes beer “La Maure”, wines from nearby estates and Odyssey teas conceived and concocted in Bormes.

History of the Hostellerie
The walls carry the history of our establishment, which has been the scene of village life and historic events such as the Liberation. Our restaurant was home to the oldest café in the village of Bormes, founded at the turn of the century. Its central location, facing the Place Gambetta, made it an ideal place to attend pétanque competitions and lively tango, waltz and java balls. Today, it’s still a great place to enjoy these lively evenings!
But our café was also an emblematic place, where political meetings and assemblies were held. It welcomed hundreds of participants and future voters, for debates on serious subjects such as hunting. Then, during the war in the 1940s, our establishment became the village’s main press depot.
Today, Daniela and Christophe and their team have chosen to perpetuate this heritage, preserving the warm personality of the place while adding a touch of modernity and comfort.
